Embracing Celebration - A Complimentary Energy Work Session
So often, we move through life focused on what’s next, rushing past the quiet (and loud!) invitations to pause, honour, and truly celebrate how far we’ve come.
Celebration is more than just a moment of joy—it is a powerful practice of completion. When we take time to witness ourselves and our journey, we create space to bring things to closure with grace, rather than leaving them lingering in the past.
Celebration lifts our frequency, shifting us into states of gratitude, joy, reverence and receptivity. It allows us to feel seen, heard, validated, and recognised—by ourselves, our community, and life itself. It roots us into presence, strengthens our trust in our path, and opens the door for new possibilities to emerge.
I’d love to invite you to Embracing Celebration, a complimentary class and energy work session where we’ll explore the potency of celebration as a healing force.
In this gathering, you’ll:

This session is completely free and a beautiful way to experience a "taste test" of the magic of The Wheel of Celebration—a powerful earth based program created by my teacher, Sharon Bolt, that I am honoured to facilitate.
Creating spaces of community where Celebration is present is one of my greatest passions and Loves. Over my life I have explored Celebration in its light and its shadow and look forward to sharing a bit about my personal journey on the call before we go into the energy healing practice.
